I started at Morris Landscapes when I turned 16. In the nearly five years with Morris I have gone from grounds maintenance laborer to designer/ project manager. I provide the quote; and when accepted I set up the crew, explain what I want them to do, and periodically check in to insure the job is completed to my company’s standard. One unique thing about this job that I will never take for granted is the ability to expand my knowledge on many different things. I’ve learned how to feed and spray lawns and landscape material, fix machines that are torn up on the job site, build relationships with my clients, and use computers to provide detailed quotes in order to earn clients business. I am young and hardworking. I still have a lot to learn, however, I will always show up with open ears eager to learn everything I can.
