If they fail to bring in their eye wear then they may either buy another pair or forgo tanning that particular day. I recommend tanning lotions and extenders to clients than many of them use and bring with them each session.

  • Explaining unique features and benefits that each one of our beds have as well as our spray tanning units and how they operate as well as the guidelines associated with using each of them.
  • Helped customers complete purchases, locate rooms, work features on each unit or bed, and assist if there is any issue.
  • Address customer service complaints and issues many face to face as store operates with internal phones only.
  • Assure that all customers are safe and secure at all times.
  • Clean store and secure it at night and lock it up for morning shift.
  • Open store in the mornings. Checking and warming up all beds addresses any maintenance issues at that time so they may be addressed before doors open to public.
  • Assist any of our older customers out should they need assistance.
  • Keep inventory count of product levels reporting any items that need to be reordered or low and/or items that do not seem to be selling. Make suggestions or recommendations to my manager on ideas to move product line(s) using social media or sale to existing clients and/or low product line used as gift for new tanning clients who sign year long tanning contract covering product gross cost in package.
  • Answer clients questions regarding their account and monthly draft.
  • Ensure that each client has wonderful and relaxing experience tanning with Ultra Tan from the moment they enter our doors and are greeted to when they exit the door to leave.
