I have over a year of experience in hostessing and expediting. I am confident in making reservations, seating guests, expediting food, running food and drinks, preparing and garnishing dishes, as well as bussing tables. As a hostess, I am responsible for takeout orders, restocking supplies, and ensuring the front of house is kept clean and organized. At Zona 78, I have learned to problem solve, lead, and help ensure guests are satisfied. I enjoy and work well in a fast-paced environment, working well under pressure. I have assisted in training many servers and hosts. I am always happy to take on challenges and go above and beyond to ensure customers feel welcomed and satisfied with their experience.
