Lead PA for: farm records, acreage reporting, FSFL, MAL, 1026 request and ARC/PLC.
Farm records: establishing farm numbers and updating farm records in conjunction with producer changes. Includes,
operator/other tenant/ and ownership changes, along with boundary corrections via GIS.
Acreage reporting: prepping folders and maps for producers who are reporting yearly crops, input information into
acreage reporting software, and obtaining certification from the producer.
FSFL/MAL: providing servicing and yearly maintenance for every new and existing loan.
1026 request: receive requests from producers, upload into CD, and input determinations into MIDAS once complete.
ARC/PLC: create and calculate contracts for each farm number with base acres, and obtain producer signatures for
approval.
Other job duties: assist with other disaster/ADHOC programs by helping producers with each application and service
them as necessary.

Work insurance denials and correct accordingly, follow up with insurance companies to ensure payment, appeal if
necessary, post adjustments on patient accounts, handle paper and electronic correspondence, and work insurance credits.
