  • The first year of employment I was tasked to implement all necessary changes that successfully took our hospital from a 2 year to a 4 year AAHA accredited hospital.
  • I was responsible for all facets of the hospital from opening up, handling reception, performing exams on all boarding animals, doing all expected R.V.T. jobs, assisting outside specialty veterinarians with all surgeries, managing the staff under my lead, and more.
  • I left for 6 weeks in 1997 to attend school in Ohio to become a master certified dog trainer, returning to my position to work full-time while also starting my own private dog training business.
