In the NICU I am responsible for answering phone calls and directing them appropriately, folding and restocking linen, helping nurses with washing bottles and making crib cards/name tags. I also check in with patients, transport labs, discharge patients and make sure all the babies crib side supplies are restocked. In the ER I am responsible for transporting lab samples when a stroke or heart attack occurs, preparing patients rooms, and updating a patients room with the correct information as well as assisting them with anything they need (bathroom usage, finding their way, urinals, ordering food, discharging, etc).
