  • Taking hand drawn designs and turning them into digital designs for Hotworx Yoga Wear.
  • When I was given a hand drawn design I started by doing the line work in Adobe Illustrator, once the line work is completed I sent a copy to the designer for her approval. If she required any edits, I do them and then send it back. Once approval is given, I then went through the Pantone Trending colors of the season and added color to the designs. Once colored, I uploaded the designs to our Google drive for final approval. Once final approval was given the design was sent over to the Hotworx Corporate office for their final approval. Once Hotworx gave approval, the design was then sent to the factory for production. After production was complete the pieces were sent to our office to be uploaded to our website for customers to order. Once the orders were placed I took the packing slip to go through and pick and pack the items to be shipped off to the customers. During downtime between designs I kept the office clean and was constantly reorganizing our inventory to keep it a manageable and neat as possible. Along with the clothing designs, I also did designs for marketing on our website and marketing for other ventures our company is involved in.

I prepared wine flights for our weekly Flight Nights. I also did a specialized wine menu to go along with our main dinner and dessert menu each time the menu was changed/updated. At the end of the shift each night I would cash out all of the servers and collect the cash they brought in each night, then gave them their cash tips earned. I would then clean the bar top to bottom and depending on time, restock any of the fresh fruits, house made syrups and liquors needed for the following day. I also kept track of our bar inventory and ordered anything that needed to be ordered, if we ran out of anything before the shipment came in I would go to the grocery store to get what was needed.
