- I fill out sanitation reports for incoming and outgoing product trucks.
- I keep track of producers weighing in and out.
- I apply daily tickets of product loads coming in.
- I apply contracts, food and put contracts in envelopes to be sent out in the mail.
- I probe corn trucks and retain corn samples from them.
- I run chemical testing on corn composites and single corn samples.
- I enter corn results and scale differential weights into PI daily.
- I sometimes help the grain buyers with putting contracts into DBC, our computer program where all of our contract information is located.
