
My personal and professional knowledge of alternative health began when working at a local natural health store. My interest and knowledge was greatly expanded through customer interactions and ongoing training and education, as well as my own journey with Chronic Lyme Disease and toxic mold illness. My long history in customer service, combined with my knowledge of natural health and dog caretaking, has made me compassionate, patient, and open-minded. I also have extensive experience in the kitchen, including scratch cooking and slow cooking methods, as well as allergen-free cooking. I have cooked for family and friends for over a decade and have received training in wine and proper food handling.
