HOPE FIONDELLA

In the process of gaining 150 hours of experience through Cromwell Youth Services. I have been involved with a variety of tasks such as sitting in on the Juvenile Review Board (JRB), the town's Youth Advisory Board, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) meetings. I also have helped plan programs, develop surveys, create flyers, posters, and pamphlets for events, and make phone calls to residents. These are just some of the tasks I've completed during my time here.

Completed 120 hours of service, worked closely with a group of girls who were considered at-risk for teen pregnancy. Consulted with other professionals to gain insight and advice and build strong network within organization.

Worked with children of varying age, interest, skill, and developmental levels. Led groups of children safely through variety of camp activities. Acted as positive role model and mentor to provide campers with constructive guidance and promote healthy habits and attitudes.
