• Serves as an advisor on Federal Highway Administration environmental policy, laws, and regulations.
• Acts as the subject matter expert for NEPA related policies for six states in the Northeast of the United States.
• Advises FHWA stakeholders, Federal, and State partner agencies on Federal environmental responsibilities and FHWA regulations, policies and guidance.
• Collaborates with stakeholders such as State Departments of Transportation on environmental and permitting concerns.
• Reviews environmental impact statements and environmental analysis done on highway projects where FHWA is the Lead Federal Agency.
• Provides senior-level technical assistance, strategy, and support to Federal Highway Division staff.

• Collaborated with the Office of the Secretary of Transportation Policy team and Build America Bureau to recommend environmental policy changes for Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) projects.
• Developed and presented comprehensive memo briefings to Office of the Secretary leadership, effectively communicating complex policies and their implications, influencing decision-making processes
• Played a pivotal role on the grants team, where I contributed to the organization and coordination of grant reviews, ensuring a streamlines and efficient process for evaluating and awarding grants

• Acted as the National Transportation Liaison for major infrastructure on navigation and policy related issues.
• Provided technical expertise, knowledge and guidance to Federal Highway Administration, State levels of Department of Transportation, and Coast Guard decision makers on highway projects requiring a bridge permit
• Identified the need, prepared, and delivered sessions, courses, and workshops on topics relevant to natural resources including National Environmental Policy Act and environmental control laws required for a bridge permit.
• Assisted in preparation of procedures related to national policy such as creating flow charts for states to streamline policy.
• Provided presentations and workshops to Federal Highway Division offices with a skill in oral communication.
