Lead the development of cosmetic packaging projects from concept through industrialization, managing both technical and commercial aspects of the business. Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring a team, cross functional collaboration and contributing to strategic business decisions (business development, investments, corporate initiatives, hiring ...).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project development including design, development and qualification of components, industrial tools and processes.
• Planning and follow-up of timelines.
• Lead quoting activities to define technical proposals for new businesses. Negotiate pricing, lead times, and technical specifications with customers and suppliers.
• Optimize manufacturing processes and resolve technical issues during development and production.
• Conduct quality analysis, data interpretation, and corrective action planning.
• Implement FMEA, Design of Experiments (DOE), and continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, lean).
• Lead cost reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives through innovation and value engineering.
• Ensure packaging designs comply with sustainability regulations and environmental standards.
• Manage global projects involving manufacturing plants in the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
• Leading a team of engineers to learn those responsibilities while training and overseeing their work.

Project management: Quotes, design of plastic parts and tools, blueprints and tolerance stack-up analysis, planning, coordination of the different resources from all departments in the plant. Planned tool modifications / debugging of the process to meet customer's requirements.
