Macys is more of a seasonal job I mostly work only holidays. Over the years my job was to help guest who were shopping for fragrances at our department look for a matching scent that they actually liked. Most of the time I had to make to ask the right questions whether they like strong or soft scents and many more specific questions. I had to make sure I provided the best customer service for the guest I was always very polite, kind, patient, and respectful.

I would go in at 4am and unload the freight. We would sort the boxes in a certain way on flats and get them ready to push out on the floor. On the floor I would stock up the boxes on the shelves and make sure nothing would be overstocked and sorted correctly. I was very fast paced at doing it I would do over 30 boxes in 35 minutes.
