Dear Hiring Manager, I am writing to express my interest in a Packaging Engineering position. During my time as a Packaging Engineering Co-op at Conagra Brands, I gained experience in testing and optimizing packaging designs to improve functionality, reduce cost, and support sustainability efforts. I conducted environmental and vibration testing, optimized pallet patterns using CAPE software, and worked cross-functionally with suppliers and internal teams to ensure packaging solutions that were both effective and efficient. This experience has given me a solid foundation in both the technical and collaborative aspects of packaging development. I am particularly interested on contributing to initiatives such as improving pack density and reducing freight and labor costs, as well as participating in testing and quality improvement efforts. I am confident that my background, combined with my drive to grow within a company, makes me a strong fit for this role.
