• Perform a dimensional and visual inspection of machined components or subassemblies utilized in producing YEU Test Solutions Burn-in and Test Products.
• Review inspection reports and release incoming materials into inventory.
• Programming, editing, and operating Optical Measure Machine. (Keyence)
• Verify machined parts with precision hand tools and measuring scope.
• Create a Disposition Form for NG parts.
• Provide judgment and document inspection results.
• Adhere to YEU's Incoming Quality Assurance standards and policies.
• Support assembly products as required by Supervisor.
• Maintain care and proper usage of measuring types of equipment used in IQA inspection process.

• Perform First-Article Inspection, in-process inspection, Receiving, Special-Process Inspection, and Final Inspection of precision machined components and assemblies using various tools, including CMM, calipers, micrometers, height gauges, pin gauges, thread gauges, etc.
• Interpret complex mechanical drawings and understand GD&T concepts when inspecting parts.
• Electronically document Final and Receiving Inspections.
• Advises CNC operator of deviations found upon inspection.
• Creating Non-Conformance Report (NCR).
• Set up and operate a Coordinate Measuring Machine (Contura & RDS) and communicate Inspection results to the Manufacturing and Inspection personnel.
• Perform employee tool calibration.

- Assist in operating TWI production equipment and manufacturing TWI pads and tapes.
- Maintain manufacturing equipment in good working condition.
- Notify the Production Manager or Manufacturing Engineering of any equipment failure or product non-conformance.
- Complete work based on the manufacturing schedule assigned by the Production Manager.
- Perform other tasks directed by the Production Manager, including facility cleanup, warehouse assistance, and basic maintenance tasks.
- Perform Final Quality Inspection in the Cleanroom.
- Enter data into SPC and the Production database.
- Responsible for ensuring the production area's cleanliness and equipment's safe operation.
- Report any unsafe conditions to the Production Manager or any other member of TWI management. Completes other tasks as the Production Manager directs, including facility clean-up, warehouse assistance, and basic maintenance tasks.
