• Lead the steering team to forming PMI Vietnam chapter
• Build Multiyear business plan of chapter
• Work with authorities to get approval for establish chapter
• Work with PMI Asia Pacific leadership to forming a chapter
• Lead volunteer team to maintain chapter operation: chapter events, chapter meeting, annual meeting.

• Design formwork, prepare method statement for paving and concreting, preparation method for site works, solutions for site works, quantity calculation, monitoring and controlling variation, making schedule, report, construction project management.
• Conducted technical evaluations of engineering designs and test results.
• Performed complex calculations to analyze and optimize engineering processes.

Waste Water Treatment Plant Project.

• Building works, finishing works, steel structure, waterproofing, water leakage treatment, preparation method for casting concrete and site memos, providing solutions for site works, changes control, quantity calculation, making schedules, construction project management, managing subcontractors, monitoring and controlling budget.
