when i first started HB's inflatables it was fun and i had no idea how to run a business. it taught me self discipline, how to talk to people and win jobs. leveraging automated software. and most importantly what changed my whole business is when i mastered google marketing.

i grew this business up where i invested so much money in that i needed guys to help me run basic tasks to make the business run smoothly but the hardest part was when i started hiring people they never showed up, i aimed for men that had kids and a wife because THEY HAD to work.

i quickly learned a lot of people dont like working even if the pay is really good or bad. when they didnt show up it was my ass and brand on the line and i got it done!

after learning what the work force is like i sold the business and looking for a job that will recruit a person that likes working, can quickly learn. good at digital marketing. im very versatile and if you tell me to go dig a hole somewhere for no reason ill go do it.

• when people called in sick i had no problem getting in the machine and operating a skid steer, dozer, or excavator.
• i specialized in final grade crew with cutting the last tenth of dirt with the skid steer, taking last topo and bringing it to the lead surveyor.
