• Always doing/learning something different whether it was stacking hay bails, or splitting firewood, or even cleaning out rental houses a learning experience was provided in every task.

• Learned to be adaptive and be ready for anything to come my way.

• Replaced/put in septic systems in residential and commercial buildings and properly disposed of old equipment.

• Adapted quickly to unexpected changes in project timelines or requirements due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Learned a variety of skills ranging from how to operate the heavy machinery to things as simple as how to shoot grade.

• Picked up and enhanced many personal skills such as work ethic, teamwork, and time management.

• Taught how to do other parts of the field while putting in things such as a recession pond

• Learned leadership skills while. teaching/managing other people when they needed to learn parts of the job.
