Hunter Fonseca

Sophomore at the University of Washington double majoring in Political Science: International Security and Law Societies and Justice with a minor in International Studies. Gained project management experience during an internship at CSM, supporting two $500 million construction projects and leading public outreach efforts, while also demonstrating leadership through volunteer work in Puerto Rico. • Member of the athletics program, which provided children with a space to have fun and play games and helped them develop leadership and teamwork skills.

Yale Alumni Service trip to Puerto Rico (March 2023)

• Member of the Environmental Team. Worked on re-building a garden at the Escuela Manuel Elzaburu y Vizcarrondo in Old San Juan after a hurricane destroyed it. Additionally educated the students in basic gardening skills through fun group activities.

Alpha Sigma Phi Vice President of Standards (May 2023-May 2024)

• As VP of Standards for Alpha Sigma Phi Mu Chapter, I lead the Standards Board and uphold fraternity rules, ensuring adherence to Health & Safety Guidelines and Robert's Rules of Order. I coordinate educational programs, assist with crisis management, and manage event safety protocols. Additionally, I oversee incident reporting, support organizational operations, and collaborate with the Prudential Board and Standards Advisor to maintain integrity and organization.
