I handle the cysco truck order and putting away all the contents of the truck. This will take up most of my day as I have to deal with 3,000-5,000 dollars per order between hundreds of pounds in food and supplies split between the freezer cooler and dry stock.

I work as the lead cook and general staff manager along with preparing the next day's meals and the required materials for group activities after hours.

I was one of the only people that would consistently show up so after a few months I began working anything that was asked of me until I changed jobs do to moving my place of living. Great job and great boss.
