In addition to my experience in construction and maintenance, I also have experience with older adults - through close observation of family members with dementia, I’ve learned to interact with patience, respect, and clear communication—skills I’m eager to bring to all of Bonaventure’s residents.
At this point in time (11/11/25), I am not CPR certified, but I am taking steps to become certified through a Red Cross course.

For the past eight years, I have been tutored in construction labor by my father, who has over 20 years of experience.
In that time, I have:
- Performed routine maintenance on, and replacement of, bathroom fixtures (toilets, sinks, vent fans, showers, etc.)
- Installed and extensively repaired drywall
- Painted large and small areas, both by hand and with spray-equipment
- Installed various manners of doors and windows
- Installed and maintained light fixtures, electrical fixtures and appliances, and ceiling fans
- Laid tile for both flooring and backsplash
- Completely renovated kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces
- Revamped and maintained lawns and other landscaping duties
- Have successfully become proficient in using the bulk of standard power tools
