Hunter Martin

As an educator, my role is to effectively educate guests on the fabrics, features, function, and fit of our products, our culture, and the communities we belong to. In addition to connecting with guests, we support operations and participate in community projects/events.

While working as a kids academy employee, I am responsible for ensuring that children ages 3 months-11 years old are staying active and having fun, all within a safe, social, and nurturing environment. I also fulfill administrative roles that require checking in/out children in the kids academy, completing paperwork, answering phone calls, and making event reservations.

• Developed engaging dance curriculum by incorporating diverse dance styles and techniques (ie: Contemporary, Jazz, Improvisation, and Gymnastics).
• Created an inclusive atmosphere by welcoming dancers of all backgrounds and skill levels.
• Implemented dance assessments to monitor student progress and adjust training methods.
• Implemented injury prevention strategies during warm-ups and cool-downs, ensuring safe practice for all participants.
