I have been a Customer Service Representative the past 3 years. I have learned many things in this field of work, and have become very experienced with all sorts of situations. I am well-equipped to handle very upset members, as well as those who may just need a plethora of information. I have had the opportunity to work on the FEP Provider line, which has made me understand the FEP Member line in much greater detail. I am eager to expand my role in the customer service field of work.
