- My position at Grate Solutions included; building and fabricating anything the company needed to be built by blueprint such as grates for drainage and frames for the grates also including access barriers, tables, man hole covers and plenty more misc jobs.
- Required to run and operate machinery and basic tools such as forklifts (which i am certified) and piranas for punching and notching and shearing as well as band saws, chop saws, plasma torches, oxy fuel torches, grinders and more basic tools for fabrication.
- Ran a welding robot to make high production work on grates. I was sent to chicago to take a miller welding class with my higher ups to learn how to run it and program.
- Towards the end of my position my job was to maintain the framing side of the shop and to help my team get everything done as needed
