  • Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, I was part of the construction team responsible for building the St. Joseph’s Hospital inpatient Tower extension and connecting bridge.
  • I helped develop, monitor, and update project schedule, proactively identifying and resolving site issues.
  • I also was given the task to communicate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, engineering team, and government agencies and get the project permit approved.
  • In addition, I assisted the team to maintain safety and conduct ongoing inspections.
  • Moreover, I assisted the Project Manager to coordinate and monitor the bid package process and quotes, bringing on board our trade partners especially the Mechanical and Electrical Contractors, and keep the Material Status log up to date.
  • Finally, I was responsible to collect, review, and process submittals and RFIs, as well as review construction drawings and post to Procore.
  • Developed a plan to construct offsite, then install a bridge, minimizing build downtime and traffic interruptions during a 90-bed hospital extension project, St. Joseph's Hospital.
