Hwapyeong Lee

I have served as a community leader at IMPAKT Church, successfully leading various mission projects, including international missions, and outreach to the homeless. I actively managed the entire process of mission projects, from planning schedules and activities to execution and follow-up. For international missions, I developed customized strategies tailored to each project's objectives and the local communities' unique needs. I also collaborated with team members to ensure efficient, impactful outcomes.

In addition to international missions, I organized and led outreach programs for the homeless, focusing on meeting their immediate needs while building genuine connections. These programs included distributing essential supplies, offering emotional support, and providing opportunities for long-term assistance. Through this work, I gained a deeper understanding of serving vulnerable populations and addressing complex challenges with compassion and strategic planning.

These experiences strengthened my ability to communicate effectively, work collaboratively across diverse cultural and social contexts, and resolve problems to achieve meaningful results. I am committed to making a positive impact by fostering trust, addressing needs, and empowering those I serve.
