Work History

General manager

Jimmy John's Pinehurst subs LLC
09.2024 - Current
  • I run a team of about 15 people, from drivers and In-shop employees, to persons in charge. I do a weekly inventory count of my store, minimum is 22%, I generally run a score of 22.80% inventory, so I am knowledgeable and know how to keep track of my food and paper goods. This also falls in line with preventing employees or customers from stealing as well. So loss prevention is also part of my job. I do a weekly payroll for all my employees. I do daily time and attendance checks, also process weekly orders, and I order produce and also paper and produce and meats from Sysco, so I deal with two suppliers. My sales percentages generally are in the positive for comps, and my labor is generally around 8% to 17%. During my morning shifts. I believe on pushing people to work harder and faster to achieve their goals, which requires work effort, time, and integrity.
