Experience with the Steering Team/Management Team since I started in June, where we oversee the brand plan, budgeting, and employee issues, etc. We discussed the process of selling the company, and I helped with employee communication as the fourth generation of the family business. We meet once a week, or as necessary.

Experience with OnePortal and inventory forecasting.

Experience in VxP and Encompass programs.
