Ian Hensley

Raised in a small farming community in Nebraska, I was surrounded by hardworking ranchers and farmers who instilled in me the value of perseverance and teamwork. Through sports and musical involvement, I learned firsthand the importance of collaboration and dedication. My father's active role as a school board and city council member showed me that making a difference requires active involvement. With nearly 20 years of living here, I bring a deep commitment to this place along with the skills and values mentioned. Coaching young men in baseball and football revealed my true calling within the school system, where I can utilize my skills and contribute to positive change for both young people and our community. After working in the school system for over two years, I have been encouraged by my experiences and believe I possess all the necessary tools and abilities to excel as a top-notch teacher.
