- Build ICC’s political and strategic infrastructure by recruiting staff who are top national organizers who train and support students to combat anti-Israel resolutions and to execute high-impact pro-Israel events that strengthen emerging student leadership pipelines.
- Help build a national polling and messaging infrastructure for the pro-Israel community, in partnership with the polling firm Schoen & Cooperman, generating data-driven insights, message testing, and strategic guidance for national decision-makers.
- Implemented ICC’s microgrant process, transforming ICC into the largest national supporter of pro-Israel campus events and enabling thousands of student-led initiatives annually.
- Drive digital and AI innovation, integrating advanced tools to elevate messaging, expand reach, and improve organizational efficiency and coordination.
- Manage seven department heads and a team of forty full time professionals, fostering a collaborative, mission-centered culture built on clear metrics, accountability, and strategic communication.
- Direct and execute the ICC National Leadership Summit, the largest pro-Israel undergraduate gathering in the United States, attended by more than 800 students annually that has a budget of 2.6M+
- Lead and execute the ICC Field Professional Retreat, managing a $1M+ budget and convening over 200 campus professionals from 40+ organizations to strengthen national capacity and collaboration.
- Oversee ICC’s national digital footprint, including 11M+ followers across ICC-managed channels, an influencer network reaching 150M+, and a grassroots network of more than 1M contacts.
