Being a co captain of a team was an honor it held me to a humbling amount of responsibility. I helped my teammates push their limits and helped them understand when they couldn't,  as well as hyping them up and encouraging them to play hard as if it was their last each time, which helped us beat our long time rivals at Centennial high school. It was a duty to be an example for others especially for the new players  to do things right and to not be afraid. I was second in command and I made myself visible by being able to communicate clearly with my teammates. We had a goal of grinding so hard even off season and getting together out of school on our own free time to get better as we had a work ethic to win and to be better, and I would like to bring my communication skills and my work ethic to the your workplace.
