Ian Lloyd

During this internship I collaborated and brainstormed with a team of 24 colleges using critical thinking and problem solving skills.

We were given a prompt and found a creative solution that stayed within the guidelines. Using simple block code, we designed and programmed a functioning robot. Once we finalized the programming the project was reviewed by a panel of experts wherein we were given constructive criticism to take into consideration for future projects.

The following year, I participated in Lego-Robotics again and due to my innovative concepts, i earned our team an award trophy.

Alongside our main objective, the team also organized bake sales in order to fund future activities. My specific tasks included cash handling and organization, selling products to consumers, and contributing to the stock sold.

I help my relative (uncle) Russel Moody out with the farm at his church. during this I worked on agricultural tasks, such as tending to a green house where I tilled the soil, cultivated plants, and donated fruits and vegetables to the homeless and other similarly less fortunate.
