• Worked in a group of 3 to design a backyard play set in Solidworks that was safe and fun for children
• Proved that the design was safe using equilibrium of forces to find the factor of safety of our design
• Created a presentation in Google Slides to show off our design and our safety calculations

Field Sustainable Systems with Sensors: Lidar pathfinding robot

• Worked in a group of 3 to create a robot that navigated by lidar to 5 targets while avoiding obstacles
• Created a chassis in solidworks that would have the sensors and arduino board mounted in it.
• Designed a circuit around a Arduino board and coded a pathfinding algorithm to get the robot to the targets

Intro to Engineering Design and Systems Thinking: Environmental Sensor

• Worked in a group of 3 to create a sensor that can read light levels, CO2, Volatile Organic Compounds, and temperature.
• Built a circuit around an arduino board that can measure and present the values of all mentioned environmental factors
• Designed a simple yet effective casing for the circuit in Solidworks.
