Supervise the subcontractors inspection ensuring that all the Pre-production tests was carried out before production take off. Actively monitor every stages of painting activities and ensure that the painting system was strictly adhered to. On hundred percent inspection of the Dry Film Thickness and Holiday tests was done always on the underground spools before back-fill. Material inspection is a must when whenever we receive new consignment without ignoring the necessary test.
- We carry out routine check periodically to ensure that expired consumable are not used after their shelf life. We also ensure the safe handling of spools to site for installation after inspection and certified ok. We also mount surveillance on the abrasive used to ensure that the proper recycling pattern and the missing tag was achieved. Ensure that all the progress reports submitted by the contractor was reviewed before signing. Every other documents related to blasting and painting were verified always before acceptance.
