I assist customers in person and over the phone, create floral arrangements, process orders and deliveries, and operate the cash register. When needed, I independently manage the shop, including opening and closing, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. This role has strengthened my multitasking, communication, and organizational skills.
