As the Founder and Principal Consultant of La Femme Consulting, I provide a wide array of services to transgender women, Femme-presenting individuals, and organizations dedicated to serving the Trans and Gender Diverse community. In this role, I serve as a transgender subject matter expert, offering leadership development, coaching, training, technical assistance, and specializing in visual marketing.

Key Achievements:

• Developed and launched a Virtual Empowerment Group for transgender women and Femme-presenting individuals, providing a supportive and inclusive space for community building and personal growth. serving over 100 Trans individuals throughout the country
• Established and launched Virtual Speed Dating event for Transgender and Gender Non-Conforming (TGNC) individuals and those attracted to them, fostering healthy dating experiences within the Trans community.
• Presented at US HIV Biomedical Summit on Transgender women and Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP), contributing expertise to advance discussions on healthcare strategies.
• Created visual marketing and logos for inaugural National Trans Visibility March on DC.
• Collaborated with San Francisco and Facente Consulting to develop a Transgender Community of Practice series for community-based organizations and health departments across Midwest.
• Provided technical assistance to Boone County Health Department and Williams and Associates in partnership with San Francisco Community Health Center.
• Collaborated with Trans Solutions Research and Resource Center to build E-Learning system for their VISION Program.
• Partnered with Brave Space Alliance and Life is Work to host Community Town Hall following the tragic death of a transgender woman in Milwaukee.
• Assisted San Francisco Office of Transgender Initiatives in developing their strategic plan.

In my multifaceted role, I am committed to making impactful contributions to the transgender community, encompassing subject matter expertise, leadership development, training, technical assistance, and visual marketing, while also spearheading innovative initiatives such as virtual empowerment groups and speed dating events. Additionally, I have shared insights at prominent forums like the US HIV Biomedical Summit.

As the Supervisor of the PrEP Navigation program for Vivent Health across the state of Wisconsin, I am responsible for the comprehensive development, implementation, evaluation, and day-to-day operations. While also providing technical assistance to our other locations across the country.

During my tenure in this pivotal role, I have achieved the following milestones:

• Developed and optimized PrEP Navigation program, significantly streamlining processes to cater to than 3000 patient and clients year to date
• Successfully launched "Stay PrEP'D Up" campaign, garnering critical acclaim with 5.7 million impressions, 1.7 million interactions, and securing the prestigious MARCOM award in 2019 for the best public health campaign in the county.
• Instituted PrEP cost-sharing program to alleviate the financial burden faced by clients seeking biomedical HIV prevention.
• Expanded our PrEP referral network to include key entities such as Milwaukee County Health Department, Dane County Health Department, MKE LGBT Center, Diverse and Resilient, and Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin.
• Pioneered Tele-PrEP services in Rural Wisconsin, effectively serving over 100 PrEP patients to date.
• Adapted our service delivery model to address challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, ensuring continued provision of services without any decline in quality for our patients and clients.
• Collaborated with Vivent Health's Medical Team to establish same-day walk-in model for PrEP clients in the southeastern Wisconsin area.
• Expanded my role to provide training and technical assistance to Vivent Health PrEP Programs beyond Wisconsin.
• Supervised and provided support to two full-time equivalent (FTE) PrEP navigators covering all 10 of our offices throughout Wisconsin.
• created monthly Navigator meeting to ensure PrEP Standardization through out the enterprise
• Lead data integration system for PrEP navigation service into the Provide Enterprise system
• In Partnership with Prevention Leadership Team manage a program budget of more than half million dollars each year

In summary, my leadership in overseeing the PrEP Navigation program has resulted in significant program enhancements, impactful campaigns, expanded outreach, and innovative service delivery models, all contributing to Vivent Health's mission of supporting those affected by HIV.
