- Oversaw a municipal budget of $6.5 million and day-to-day operations including planning, organizing, and evaluating all departments to ensure proper and efficient administration of all Borough affairs and policies set forth by Mayor and Council and served as the main liaison between the Mayor, Council, Professionals and handled all external relationships with elected officials, staffers, and operatives statewide
- Developed strong relationships with the state, county, and federal stakeholders which resulted in the borough receiving grants of over $5 million
- Resurfaced 40% of local roadways, the most in the history of the borough
- Adopted a modern, cloud-based, government management platform, launching a custom-branded municipal mobile app providing residents an easy-to-use information hub that allowed them to report potholes, apply for permits, submit service requests, contact borough staff and access town policies and other municipal resources
- Launched a first in the state four-day work week pilot program for non-essential borough employees which yielded higher productivity and employee satisfaction
- Responsible for a groundbreaking partnership with Polimorphic, a cutting-edge workflow and Constituent Relationship Management platform for governments, to enhance the way residents interact with the borough website and allowed residents to ask questions in natural language and receive information about the Borough, synthesized into human-readable responses through the use of AI
- Discovered financial management policies and procedures that resulted in more cost-effective measures.
