Check what ports were open that day and what cargo containers each port was taking for the day . Check in with truck drivers down the list to see who was working that day . Get loads ready by date and time oldest loads out first this way no fees accumulated or any load that needed priority first from emails received . Set up each driver with load via phone application and pre-gate the load for the time driver arrived to port. Make sure the loads dues are paid and that drivers port entries are up to date and paid. Call port with any issues drivers have while picking up load. Give drivers a return load to the nearest destination to their home to end the day. Data entry on a log all loads for the day .
