Review adverse events while using a product. Chart and determine if the adverse event meets medwatch criteria.
Prepare Medwatch for review.
Collaborate with other Medical Advisor ensuring accurate and reliable information.
Keep open communication with employer for questions and concerns.
Take emergency calls from public and hospitals on poisonings.
Research and Document calls in a Toxical computer data base.
Teach Medical Residents new employees as to poisonings and use of the related computer programs.
Maintain staffing levels in the center.
Research and publish articles on poisonings in the Journal of Toxicology as well as present at the American Academy of Clinical Toxicology.
Work in a fast paced Emergency Department.
Maintain and check Emergency Equipment.
Triage critical patients.
Care for critical patients in a team setting.
Work in high stress situations
