- 08/25/25 - Present, Missoula, Montana, Shelter Buddy, Animeals, Leah, info@animeals.com, One to Two days a week for an hour I volunteer as a shelter buddy at the Missoula animal shelter Animeals. Being a shelter buddy basically just means that my job is to work on helping socialize more antisocial kittens and adult cats at the shelter. These are cats that most likely had a rough life before coming to the shelter and therefore struggle more to trust humans so my job is to try to befriend them so they can learn to trust people.
