  • Subject Matter Expert- cover the floor when Managers are in meetings, answer any question from Lenders, help transition any Lender back up to standard when out for a period of time
  • CCU supervisor gate, which includes handling any customer complaint calls and update credit bureaus
  • Peer Mentor- assisting Trainer with the New Hires, help ensure the smooth transition onto the floor, reviewing applications and calls on Nice to ensure the Lender is adhering to the 5 keys and providing feedback New Hire
