- While living in Lubbock from 1985 through 1999, I was part owner of White Knights Limousine Company where I managed several limousine drivers and office staff. As a real estate investor I owned and amanaged several apartment communities in Lubbock, Texas. I managed the property managers, leasing agents and maintenance staff. We kept the properties leased approximately 95% and they were very well kept. I bought and sold several homes for a profit.
