I am a big fan of doing plyometric and calisthenic exercises for flexibility, speed, explosive power, and endurance. As someone who loves to be outdoors no matter what weather, there are so many things to do when hiking, such as exploring unknown grounds (to me), seeing different animals and their habitats, and most importantly the alone time with mother nature catching fresh air outside away from the screen (phones and computer).
