• Direct day-to-day administrative and operational functions for 260-bed facility, providing guidance and leadership to over 40 employees across more than Five departments.
• Oversaw daily monitoring and patrolled buildings, grounds, and work sites.
• Gathered information, identified and implemented resolution, planned follow-up and logged and filed incident report to successfully manage complaints.
  • Assess participant needs at admission and exit of program;
  • Assist residents with requests/needs, including accessing supplies, clothing, food, etc.;

  • Make proper referrals to available resources and services.

Safety
• Ensure all participants and visitors are checking in and out of the facility;
• Document in the daily log during each shift;
• Provide security and safety both onsite and in the neighboring communities;
• Work collaboratively with the PD and HOT/PERT teams;
• Conduct fire and safety checks on a regular basis;
• Maintain a secure and safe environment for all participants; and
• Resolve conflicts among participants professionally and efficiently.

• Engaged participants in recreational activities and team-building exercises.
• Planned and evaluated recreation and athletic programs with recreation director to support community.
• Supervised groups of up to 10 children under age of 16 from arrival through departure at end of day.
