Pacific Basin League (Middle School)

• Scheduling PBL Games
• Attend PBL Meetings
• Commissioner for Girls Soccer or Basketball and Baseball

Coastal League (Upper School)

• League Treasurer (Create invoices for all schools in the league based on the amount of teams they are fielding in any given year. Also make payments for all the permits and/or vendors that Coastal League uses)
• Organizer for Coastal League Swim (Get permit for Crossroads pool to host all league meets. I also create the heat sheets for all regular meets and make sure that each meet has an official present)
• Represent Coastal League at CIFSS meetings when needed

Organize Transportation

• Make sure each team has transportation to each practice/game
• Organize Field Trips with teachers/coordinators
• Inspect vehicles (make sure they are clean, have the right amount of gas and no issues with them)
• Organize monthly vehicle washes (coordinate with security)
• Gas fill ups
• Take them in for smog checks/regular maintenance (organized with facilities)

Banquets

• Plan and organize seasonal sports banquets (with AD)
• Order food for reception
• Coordinate with Facilities about the layout
• Order plaques
• Coordinate with communications for invitations and programs
• 7 Banquets yearly (3 MS, 3 US, 1 ES)

Other Duties

• Order uniforms/team swag for most teams (with AD)
• Coordinate with our vendor to print the items for the teams
• Coordinate seasonal monthly meetings with our BSN Rep
• Order equipment
• Send MS the weekly MS information for the scoop
• Manage Facility Rentals

• Planned out practices and routes for the runners based on their each individual capabilities
• Used the help of the US Head Coach to help build practice plans to create a pipeline from the MS team to the US one
