In my role of manager at Ironwood Grove I oversee daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction and manage our portfolio of unique tiny home accommodations. My responsibilities include coordinating reservations, supervising housekeeping and maintenance staff, maintaining property quality, and implementing marketing strategies to drive bookings. I also handle customer inquiries, and resolve any issues to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
