Started out as an outside service attendant at Seqouyah National. My role was to ensure that everyone I came into contact with had great customer service and was well informed on the course they were playing at. Eventually I moved into the F&B section and retail. My overall role has not changed as I am still technically Outside Services, however, I have been working the retail side of the course for over a year now.
At Great Smoky Mountain Railroad, my role was to act and put on a great magical show for families during the Polar Express. This led to great customer service skills, improv, and being more comfortable around people I do not know.
- Created a magical experience for kids onboard the Polar Express.
- Helped managers plan for the day and setup so the event would run smoothly.
- Great customer service so that families would come back and ride with us again.
- Improv for when fellow employees forgot lines or when asked by kids certain questions and had to keep the magical experience alive.

Most of my free time outside of school is dedicated to two things, being outdoors or learning about the financial markets. I have a passion for wanting to learn and understand more about the financial markets and the overall economy. This means that I trade stocks, futures, and options whenever I have the time to. My favorite book that I have read about the financial markets is The Intelligent Investor. When I am not partaking in the financial markets, I like to enjoy my time outside. Whether that be hiking, golfing, snowboarding, rafting, or simply going on a walk, I really enjoy the outdoors. Lastly to demonstrate my knowledge on computers, I built my own computer not too long ago. This shows the patience, dedication, and hardworking traits that I have to overcome challenges.
