Isaac Jeffs

I shadowed many surgeries, including Spine, Foot, and Ankle. I covered my own cases, including Bone Marrow Aspirate Concentrate (BMAC), where I worked with a centrifuge during surgeries. I also covered cases that involve screws, wires, and other surgical tools.

This experience helped me learn about sales and relationships within the operating room while also learning about safety, teamwork, and collaboration.

During this time, I shadowed a medical sales company owner and learned about how he started his business, as well as growing it to become a successful company.

Days included shadowing knee and hip replacements while learning the important things of running a business and creating relationships with surgeons and nurses.
