I provided care, supervision, and appropriate activities for children during weekly-church services and special events. I also assisted with lesson preparation, storytelling, crafts, and games to support spiritual and personal development. By doing this, I fostered a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for children and families. On top of this, I collaborated with ministry leaders and volunteers to ensure smooth operation and adherence to safety protocols for increased customer satisfaction.

I supported the execution of competitive club volleyball clinics for one of Placer County's most prestigious clubs, serving over 100 athletes. I also maintained and managed equipment inventory, ensuring accuracy and readiness for training sessions. On top of that, I collaborated with coaching staff and team members on initiatives to enhance athlete and customer satisfaction. By doing this I was able to contribute to the operational efficiency of high-level volleyball programs in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
