While in high school, I have had many different experiences that have helped to create the organized and driven person I am today. As Vice President of Student Council at The Academy of Viola Dewalt, I have honed my leadership skills by being dynamic and dedicated to creating solutions by weaving professional skills with the understanding of a strong work ethic. This has enhanced my organizational skills and led to effective communication between myself, teachers and students. When volunteering with Life Community Church, I have discovered how to creatively showcase our lesson planning and with a commitment to God and community service. Through my culinary arts classes, I have learned how to showcase my talents by being organized, yet being fluid enough to change when needed. Last but not least, my AP art class also helped me focus and finish with a college credit my senior year.
